Our KISS Kruise III Experience!!!
On october 26th we arrived in a warm Miami, after we checked-in in our hotel we went to the Living In Sin 2 party in the lobby. We we're welcomed by old friends and made some new friends. Lydia Criss was the special guest for this evening, we took a photo with her and let her signed our photo from 2009! Also in a raffle I won a great Phantom Of The Park magazine that was signed by Peter Criss one day before!
Next day we went to the second pre-party @ Will Call we're we saw Bob Kulick doing the soundcheck, later we meet him andKen Sharp, took some photo's with them and enjoyed the party. Suddenly I saw Sophie Simmons arriving, we went over to meet her, she was very nice to us and we went together on a photo with Sophie!
After dinner it was time for or last pre-party at the Hard Rock Cafe. Special guest was Bruce Kulick and we did a meet & greet with him, as usuall he was very nice and even knows us by name! It was a great experience meeting Bruce in the US. Also we meet Maria Contessa and later that evening we saw Bruce playing with Priss. It was such a long time for us to see him playing live. We had such a great time at all these parties, meeting a lot of great people and looking forward to the KISS Kruise the next day!
On monday it was time were we came for, our second KISS Kruise! We came on board around 11:30 AM, after we settled in in our cabin, we waited for KISS to come on board. First Paul and his family came on board, followed by Tommy & Amber, Eric and Gene & Shannon. We saw it all!
Later that evening we meet Evan (son of Paul) at the Vintage Trouble show and took some photo's with him.
On wednesday there where many KISS events going on, first we went to the Gene Simmons Guitarpick Contest, Always great to see him, we went over to see the Drum Off with Eric Singer, followed by the Belly Flop Contest hosted by Paul Stanley! It was cool to see these events.
On thursday it was time for us to get our photo with the band! This time we choosed for a unmasked photo!
At 6 PM it was time for the sail away show, we had a better spot than on the KISS Kruise II! KISS played some very cool tunes, like Let Me Know, Rock Bottom, Creatures Of The Night or Everytime I Look At You! The band enjoyed their time on stage and joked a lot, especially about Gene's shirt. We caught some guitarpics and we had a blast!
Here's a selection of our photo's:
The next day we visit Key West, a nice town with old architected buildings. We bought some KISS items there and when we came back at the Norwegain Pearl it was time for us to do the Wedding Vows Renewals. It was such as great as last year.
Later that night we watch the first KISS indoor show at the big screen in the atrium.
At 5 PM it was time for the Q&A with Doc Mc.Gee, we had a spot front row. Doc told us that there'll be a European tour in april/may next year! During the Q&A some fans were joking around with signs behind Doc, Evan included. The signs read; Doc will you marry me or Doc I want your baby, lol very funny!
Later that evening it was time for our indoor show and we couldn't wait to see the show!
KISS rocked the boat with a awesome show and some rare tunes, like Almost Human, Ladies In Waiting & The Oath!
The band played great and we had the time of our lives. They played near 2 hrs.
Set list: Love Her All I Can, Ladies In Waiting, Shout It Out Loud, Anything For My Baby, Do You Love Me, Almost Human, Hell Or Hallelujah, War Machine, The Oath, Say Yeah, Hide Your Heart, Mainline, Lick It Up, Let Me Know, Black Diamond, Detroit Rock City & Rock And Roll All Nite.
Here's a section of our photo's:
When we're waiting for our KISS band photo we saw them walking in right in front of us!
Our photo with the band turned out awesome, as you can see in part 1. We think it was a one of a kind opertunity to get a photo like this with all members unmasked!
After the photo shoot was over we waited and caught Tommy and Dean leaving.
When we walked to the elevator we saw Shannon & Sophie walking to us, we got a guitarpick from Shannon and took a photo with her and some fans!
It was time for some relaxing and some dinner. Upcoming was the Q&A with KISS and we decided to go over the pool deck to get a good spot, front row! We had to wait for 2 hrs, but it was worth it!
During the Q&A the band told us that there'll be a KISS Kruise IV next year! Paul joked a lot and said often; you can read it in my book. Funny was also when a little girl asked Gene if he ever got in trouble when sticking out his tongue, his repond (to say it properly) yes I did, lol.
Here's a selection of our photo's:
Later that night it was time for the Halloween Costume Contest hosted by Tommy Thayer! We saw some great costumes and creations. Amber also watched the contest.
Again we were lucky enough to watched it all front row and had a good time!
Later that night we saw Night Ranger & Leo Gun and it got very late.
Next morning, after breakfast, the Kruise was coming to his end for all of us fans. What can we say about our second KISS Kruise?
Was it better than last year? YES! Why? Because we had more encounters with the band and their family!
We had some good places or even better places! We've a awesome unmasked band photo!
And it's also great to meet a lot of nice people from all over the world in 1 place.
Will we be on KISS Kruise IV? We hope so...

Our Meet & Greet With KISS In Prague!!!
Early morning on june 14th 2013 we arrived at the airport in Prague (Szech Republic) took the metro to our hotel, checked in and after we had diner we headed over to the 02 Arena.
We arrived there around 2:30 PM and found the place were we had to be for our Meet & Greet with KISS!
We decided to do this M&G because of the intimate acoustic show, they haven't do that before on M&G in Europe in the past.
Around 3:30 we saw Dean and we know it was time for our experience. We got our wristbands and M&G laminates. Than we got down stairs and came in the room were everything will took place. We managed to get directly front row, so that we had a awesome view on the band! Dean handing out our M&G package that included a cool VIP T-Shirt, a 3D Monster Ticket, a special Monster Tin with cool M&G Guitarpics all packed in a Tote bag.
At 5 PM the band, under a lot of cheering, walked in to the room and the fun started.
We shook hands with Gene, Paul, Eric & Tommy and it was so unbelievable that we stood so close to them, less than a meter. We could see everything and again it was unbelievable!
The band was in a great spirit, joking around, throwing guitarpics to everybody. The band played for 50 minutes (at previous M&G they played for 25 minutes or so) and we heard some great tunes.
This was the acoustic setlist: Comin' Home, Mr. Speed, Love Her All I Can, Nothing To Lose, She, Hide Your Heart, Going Blind, Christeen Sixteen & Sure Know Something.
After the acoustic show it was time for meet the band and got our items signed, like the Monster album cover.
Also we managed to get our photo with Gene, Paul, Tommy & Eric seperatly!
We had a blast during the first part of our KISS Meet & Greet Experience, we also got our hands on Paul Stanley's drink bottle!
Was this M&G better than our other 2 in 2010 and 2008? YES! With the addition of the acoustic show you get more intimate time with the band! And you can be so awesome close to the band that it's unbelievable and for sure a experience that we'll never forget!
Here are 2 video's we shoot during the acoustic show: Love Her all I Can & Hide Your Heart, enjoy...
Also we took many photo's and here's a selection of them...
After this part was over we had to come back at 8 PM for our official photo with the band in make-up!
At 8:30 PM it was time for our photo moment, we got 6 photo's with the band, seperatly and together and as you can see they turned out great!
We also saw Shannon and manager Doc McGee.
Then it was time for the show, we had "golden circle" tickets and minutes later the show started. The setlist was the same as in Berlin, 2 days earlier, but this time we could see the spider in action! He looked amazing!
Enjoy our photo's of the show...
And to end my report, here's my video from Say Yeah from Prague, enjoy...

Our Trip To KISS Live In Berlin!
The crew was still preparing the stage for the show and looking at the spider, we directly noticed that it was smaller than we had saw it on pictures before. So, we were afraid that maybe the spider will be not working this show, because the stage was to small and not high enough. We heard that the show will be starting sooner as usual.
At 8:15 PM it was time, we heard the wellknown announcement; You Wanted The Best, You Got The Best, The Hottest Band In The World... KISS! The curtain dropped and KISS started with Psycho Circus and sadly, the spider didn't work, the band didn't came down on the spider, but walked on stage! But the party was on as soon the band played their first song.
With the spot we had, we could see everything and we took some awesome photo's. It was great to see KISS again when we saw them on the KISS Kruise II 7 months ago. We can't get enough of them, lol.
During War Machine Gene breathes fire and after Out Of This World Tommy & Eric did their jam with the cool bazooka ending. Because of the small stage, Gene didn't fly during his bass solo and Paul didn't fly over to the B-stage! As a open air show there was a lot of pyro and bombs during and after the show. The band sounded great and played till 10:10 PM.
The setlist was: Psycho Circus, Shout It Out Loud, Let Me Go, Rock 'N' Roll, I Love It Loud, Hell Or Hallelujah, War Machine (Gene breathes fire) Heaven's On Fire, Deuce, Say Yeah, Shock Me (Only first & second verse)Outta This World (Tommy & Eric Jam) God Of Thunder (Gene bass solo intro — spits blood) Lick It Up, Love Gun, Rock & Roll All Nite. Encores: Detroit Rock City, I Was Made For Lovin' You, Black Diamond.
At the merchandise boot, they sold not all the merchandise and all was in the censored ZZ logo. They didn't sold the tourbook, Monster Hoodie and some of the T-Shirts.
We stood front row and the show and we shoot a lot of great photo's! Here's a selection, enjoy...

Our Meet & Greet With Bruce Kulick!
Yesterday we attended the Movie Days in Dortmund, Germany were ex-KISS Guitarist Bruce Kulick was a special guest!
As soon as he saw us, he said: "There they are", as usual it was a pleasure to see and talk to Bruce again.
First we did a profesional photoshoot with him (he called us his family) and that pic turned out great! Bruce signed it also for us.
Here are 2 more pics from that photoshoot.
Later it was time for the Q&A with Bruce and I asked him if we would see him on the KISS Kruise III, he answered that he would love to do it, if he was asked!
Also he told us that he's working on a new album that is slated for end of this year!
We had a great time with Bruce and we're looking to forward to see him soon...
